AMES, Iowa – Sept. 30, 2026 – Tell us what you think about planned improvement to Iowa 57 from County Road T47 east to the Grundy County line in Butler County.
Improvements include:
- Removing and replacing the existing pavement.
- Place centerline and edge line rumble strips.
- Replace crossroad culverts.
During construction, traffic will be detoured using County Roads T55 and D17 and Iowa 14.
Construction is expected to start in spring of 2028 and end in the fall of 2028.
